Review: Hearts on Fire Intimacy Kit
Pleasure Galaxy’s final review item was the Fire Mini Intimacy Kit Hearts. Includes the kit, a 1 oz. Ignite Me massage candle, scented with pomegranate mint, a mini Rub Me massage bar, scented with French vanilla, a mini waterproof bullet vibrator, and a Please Me lubricant sample packet. It comes in a container in a nice, small purse style.
I like this kit idea, which involves both sexually oriented items and massage products. However, there was not much about this kit that really did it for me. As a massage candle, the candle made of soy wax, soybean oil, coconut oil, shea butter and perfume oil conducted well enough. The oil wasn’t at all sticky and had a pleasant glide. Unfortunately, about this massage candle I have two gripes: first, it burned very fast. The candle was more than half melted within 10 minutes of being lit, providing in my hand little more than a small puddle of oil–certainly not enough for even a short foot massage. Second, it’s a terribly powerful smell. When I first smelled it, it was tolerable, if a little strong, before lighting it. However, the whole smell just flooded the space once the candle was lit. I started to get a headache once the oil was in my hands. This is a prime illustration of why essential oils are better than oils in the fragrance. Although they can be strong and permeate a whole room, essential oils won’t make you sick to smell them. I ended up rushing to wash my hands before the smell made me even sicker and the smell just stuck with me all day, sadly.
I was given the same aroma problems as the candle by the mini massage bar. The bar was highly powerful, scented in French vanilla. I discovered again that I had to stop using it instantly and wash my hands. It would have been good if the manufacturers had gone with an unscented massage bar or a bar perfumed with essential oils. Unfortunately, the strong scent I couldn’t get past.
The one thing I really liked was the lubricant Please Me. It is produced of Deionized Water, Propylene Glycol, Cetearyl Alcohol,Ceteareth-20, Isopropyl Palmitate, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG / PPG-18/18 Dimethicone, Cellulose Gum,Polysorbate-60, Immidazolidinyl Urea, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Lactic Acid, Disodium EDTA. The fact that it is water based and has a significant textured texture makes it great not only for playing with toys and normal PIV sex, but also for playing anal. Even better? Also, the Please Me lubricant is completely free of any kind of flavor or taste, making oral sex available without some lubes ‘ gross aroma. The fact that it looked sexy when it was on my body was what I loved most about the Please Me lube. It basically looked like cum…. sexy, rather than being plain ancient, transparent, drippy lube. With this lube, the only thing to be conscious of is that it includes Propylene Glycol and many other stuff that many individuals have negative responses to. So, if you’ve got a sensitivity, I’d choose another light.
A tiny waterproof, bullet vibrator was the final item in this kit. It is driven by two watch batteries included in the kit. As expected with toys powered by watch batteries, it provided a small amount of vibration and wasn’t enough to get me off. However, it’s a good complement to the set for those who are looking for a tiny tease or maybe more delicate than I do.
Once again, I would like to thank Pleasure Galaxie for being such a great company to work with and supply such a broad range of massage products. They are the place I recommend for oils, lotions, and candles of the highest quality. And now that you understand the different things to look for in a massage product, at Pleasure Galaxie, I’m sure you’re going to discover something to suit your requirements.
