Review: The Little Flirt
Or Part Two: An anal noob’s adventures.
I mentioned earlier that I’m not an anal expert. It’s never really ranked high on my sexual “do” list. However, after I tried a toy and didn’t have a terrible experience, I decided that I wasn’t opposed to trying some more anal play. So Babeland decided to let me review the Little Flirt, a trusted sex shop.
The Little Flirt, made by Tantus, is just 1′′ in diameter and 3 and 1/4′′ long, as the name implies. From the photos you can see, this is basically the diameter of my middle fingers of very average size.
So, during sex, I decided to give it a shot. I lubbed myself first after enough arousal, then The Little Flirt, and braced for insertion. I was happy to find it slipped in comfortably and easily. The silicone material at the widest point was squishy enough to be gentle, but not so squishy that it made it difficult to insert.
We picked up where we left off during foreplay after the toy was comfortably in place. He nudged the Little Flirt’s base as my partner walked down on me in a motion similar to thrusting, but much more gently. This feeling I really enjoyed. I felt the base of it on the outside of my body was more than awareness of the plug inside, just enough pressure to be stimulating. In fact, until PIV sex happened, I couldn’t really feel it inside my body at all. Then he nudged The Little Flirt from the inside with every thrust my partner made into my body…. which was fantastic.
I liked The Little Flirt so much. It’s so small, even for the most inexperienced anal players it’s doable. And the base is shaped to make long-term wear comfortable, if you so desire. This is the toy for you for those looking for the absolute first step in anal play! There’s also The Big Flirt for those interested in moving up a size.
Let’s talk about details: The Little Flirt has a diameter of 1′′ and a length of 3 and 1/4′′. The flared base not only makes it anal safe, but also compatible with harness. Like all the products of Tantus, The Little Flirt is made of silicone of high quality, 100% medical grade. Why is it a good thing? Because for an anal toy, it’s totally sterilizable…. something you want. Just throw it into the dishwasher to sterilize (top shelf, no soap), boil it, or wipe it with a bleach solution. If you share, be sure to sterilize or use a condom between uses.
Remember, never use silicone-based lube, as with all silicone toys, or your toy won’t last long. Similarly, keep your Little Flirt away from other silicone toys–they can damage each other if they touch. I store mine in the original, standard, clear packaging with all Tantus toys. Tantus toys last a lifetime if properly cared for!
Thanks to Babeland for sending me a review of this fabulous toy!
